# Request Delivery

There are 3 methods of delivery which MIDNIGHT supports.

## White Glove Shipping

This is the most premium shipping service offered by MIDNIGHT.

It offers a fully insured delivery process, and experts place the art piece in position within the desired location to ensure no damage during shipment.

Packaging is handled by the shipping company.

## Fine Art Roadside Shipping

Roadside delivery is also fully insured, but does not feature placement. The customer is required to accept delivery. If a delivery is accepted, it is assumed the recipient has verified the condition.

Packaging is handled by the shipping company.

## DHL

This is our budget option, only available for pieces sold under $10,000.

Whilst there will be insurance coverage, it may not be to the full extent of the piece. 

Packaging responsibility is on the seller. The seller is liable for damage to the piece resulting from insufficient packaging + protection.
