# Fees

MIDNIGHT curates projects on a case-by-case basis. Based upon the individual project's requirements, with respect to development and integration, MIDNIGHT will set the fees for that project.&#x20;

For illustrative purposes, for a project such as GHOSTS, which has independently paid for the development, MIDNIGH's fees are:

Raffle Ticket Sales: 12%\
Initial Sales (Final sale, pre-mint): 12%\
Marketplace Re-sale: 2.5%&#x20;
