# Project Proceeds

## Initial Sales

15% of all initial sales will be directly deposited into the charity wallet. This will be when a GHOST is first listed, by the project owner, e.g. at the end of the first raffle, or upon collection release. 

## Marketplace Re-sales

The total fee for re-sales is 7%. 2.5% goes to the platform, MIDNIGHT, and 4.5% will be directed towards the GHOSTS project. 45% of the GHOSTS claim (2.025%) will be directly deposited into the charity wallet.
